New Years Eve in Salt Lake brought together new friends, new snow and the beginning of a new experience for all of us.

This was the first night the Cali Boys, as we would soon be known to all of ISB and other Olympic groups, joined forces. Bill and Jason had just traveled up from Los Angeles, while Aaron and I represented the San Francisco Bay Area.

This group was sure to have a good time no matter where we partied.

We had so much snow that night Bill was able to break in his new snowboard on the driveway. Not bad Billy Boy.

Needless to say New Years day came with a large need for Advil.
